We are offering fee-free rescheduling/postponement of all booked events for all of our clients during this challenging time. Even if you need to reschedule more than once, we have been in business for eight years and we will be there for you when it is a better time for everyone.

Our contracts and deposits have always been non-refundable and non-cancellable, but we are completely flexible with moving your event services to a future date. Due to the nature of the events business and the small size of our team, we are not able to offer refunds, only credits for future event dates/services.

For cleanliness, we are making our props selections optional/discretionary or just removing props from the equation completely. Whatever you would prefer. As always, you are more than welcome to provide your own props selections. Our contactless, remotely operated photo booths will continue to provide adequate social distancing in compliance with the CDC's recommendations.

Our attendants can wear masks if required, and we will be offering socially distant lines and spacing around our photo booths for your safety. We have added a Covid-19 related questionaire to our detailed Event Planning checklists to make sure everyone is on the same page. As events slowly become possible again, simply let us know which options you prefer so we can co create an amazing experience for you and your guests!
