Heavenly Wedding Photo Booth Lake Tahoe
Exposure was invited to be an unforgettable part of Marlon and Linda’s wedding on July 26, 2019. The couple chose the amazing views of Heavenly Mountain Resort’s Lakeview Lodge, poised at the top of the Heavenly Tram on the California side. We always love working at this venue, it truly is an impressive view on the ride up the tram, and your guests will always be blown away with the view of Lake Tahoe. The best spot to put your Exposure Photo Booth at Lakeview Lodge is a little nook in the main ballroom area, right near the service entrance for your catering, on the North wall of the main ballroom. We almost always set up right there, it’s just the right size space for our premium open air photo booth equipment.

List of most common Lake Tahoe Wedding Venues
The most commonly booked Lake Tahoe wedding venues for Exposure Photo Booths include Edgewood, West Shore Cafe, the Hyatt in Incline Village, The Chateau at Incline Village, The Resort at Squaw Creek, High Camp at Squaw Valley, Lakeview Lodge at Heavenly, Zephy Cove and the Zephyr Lodge at Northstar. We know our way around all of the major venues, because we have been there and provided exceptional photo booth Tahoe service at all of them. Here is a list of the default photo booth locations for some of the major venues. We hope this info is helpful for your event planning.
Edgewood Tahoe
One of our personal favorite venues at the Lake is Edgewood. There are two usual options for your photo booth placement, depending on your guest count and which room you are in. If you are in the North Room, the best location is just inside the main ballroom, on the right as as soon as you enter. The other option, which is more commonly used, is to put us in one of the three outside terrace spaces, basically straight East of the North Ballroom. We can work outdoors, but be advised, we have a large 8 foot tall backdrop, and if there is wind coming off of the lake at dusk, this is occasionally a small problem for us. This is our personal favorite venue for photo booth South Lake Tahoe!
West Shore Cafe
The West Shore Cafe is an intimate, upscale venue which I have always loved. The view of the boats in the water and the sun setting over Lake Tahoe at eye level is sure to impress. The Exposure team has been a part of dozens of fantastic weddings here on the West Shore. Our photo booths fit right in the alcove on the left, near the entrance, in front of the fireplace, right by the welcome/check in desk. That is the ideal location for us at this great venue. You can also opt to have us in the rear corner area of the venue if you need that space at the entrance for other purposes. Definitely recommend having a live band at this venue to rock the dance floor!
High Camp at Squaw
The views from the top of Squaw are absolutely breathtaking. If you are looking for a venue which will make an amazing impression on your guests and make your wedding unforgettable, look no further. Having to load up the tram only adds to the experience. There is a perfect spot for your Exposure Photo Booth inside the venue. Right as you walk into the ballroom area, there is a little square area which has plenty of room for your tahoe photo booth rental, with room to spare. It is located directly on your left, butting up against the window. We are totally used to going through the load in process at the bottom of the tram, so don’t worry about that!
Lakeview Lodge – Heavenly
The post above was about another amazing wedding photo booth rental we provided at Lakeview Lodge. Perched high atop the Cal Base at Heavenly, we have also been there dozens of times. The best spot for your Exposure Photo Booth is shown above, basically right next to the service entrance, where your catering will come in and out of the dining area. Exposure can arrive extra early, load up the Heavenly Tram before all of your guests, and be loaded in and ready to go before your ceremony, if you like. I do recommend making sure this happens, as the ceremony location, looking out over Lake Tahoe, is between the shuttle bus drop and the ballroom.
