Exposure was contacted by the team at Nevada Donor Network to provide an amazing photo booth rental and corporate event photography for their annual awards dinner. This was our second year in a row providing photo services for this exceptional group of individuals. We arrived at Peppermill Resort and Casino in Reno two hours early, per the usual, and loaded into the Capri ballroom. Our client picked out the silver sequin backdrop again this year, and our custom photo booth print design with their branding completed the photo booth experience. An ideal location for your Exposure Photo Booth in the Capri ballroom is in that little alcove, just behind the entrance escalators. Our photo systems fit there perfectly, and blend in seamlessly with your photo booth rental Reno.

Like most awards dinners, guests slowly started to trickle in, check in, and most importantly, pick up their drink tickets! Everyone knew we were back again, so lots of guests headed on over to their Exposure Photo Booth Reno for some fun snaps and laughs. We always make sure every single person in each photo session who wants a print, can leave with one. Free reprints of our hand designed four photo 4×6’s cranked out of their Exposure Photo Booth like lightning. Our dedicated, in house Event Planner assigned to the event had created a beautiful, tasteful custom graphic design including their preferred logo. We offer this level of customization for all of our photo booth rentals.

Reno Photo Booth
It wasn’t long before their annual speeches and awards began. The Nevada Donor Network booked our signature photo booths Reno/corporate event photography combo package, and we went to work capturing candids of all of their guests, coworkers and partners. Their mission is to maximize the gift of life and health through organ, eye, and tissue donation. This is truly an inspirational group to work for. We were standing by to capture all of the awards presented to various first responder organizations for all of their hard work over the past year. It takes an incredible amount of interdepartmental collaboration to help #DonateLife, and it was a joy photographing all of the attendees, award winners and organizers.

The surprise highlight of the evening was the keynote speaker, Jason Schechterle. Jason was on patrol as a police officer in 2001 when his patrol car was struck from behind by a vehicle traveling 115 mph, instantly bursting into flames. He suffered fourth degree burns over his face, hands and body and was in a medically induced coma for two months afterwards. The story of his recovery, through countless surgeries and the miracle of organ and tissue transplants, really struck a chord. For someone to be dealt such terrible cards, and to litereally rise from the ashes of his situation and circumstances to become a beacon of light for others, is a true testament to the human spirit. And to the value of tissue and organ donation.
